MAYU brings together science-based nutrition knowledge and culinary expertise – underlined by thoughtful, flawless and generous hospitality. Founders Pamela Taylor, registered nutritionist and gut health expert, and Private Chef Kieron Abbott, will take you on a culinary journey with every meal created to nourish and balance.

Pamela will provide nutritional guidance throughout your stay with a focus on gut health, immunity and energy. You will enjoy a range of nutritional shots and teas, evening tonics, ceremonial grade matcha, cold pressed juices and supplements.

Each evening will begin with exquisite canapés and nootropic non-alcoholic cocktails before a sumptuous three-course supper expertly designed and curated by our In-house private Chef Kieron Abbott.

Receive gentle guidance with experienced, compassionate teaching. Marie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over ten years, having completed her training with Buddhist Zen Master Daizan Roshi.

Marie’s unique style of Zen-Vinyasa flow yoga, is a journey of breath-to-breath movement with the emphasis of mindful awareness. This all encompassing practice, provides the foundation and space for growth, strength and resilience in the physical, spiritual and emotional self. Experience quiet morning meditations, energising yoga movement, mindful musings and restorative Yogic sleep practices.

Throughout your stay you will have time explore the vast grounds, attend one of the wellness workshops, experience fire and ice breathwork sessions or curl up and read in one of the many cosy spaces. You can also book a facial or massage with our in house therapist Ashlee of Wild coast wellbeing or retreat to your room to enjoy some time alone

The evenings will give you the opportunity to surrender into a deep state of relaxation. Marie will guide you through a beautiful, candlelit restorative guided Nidra practice (yogic sleep) settling the mind and preparing the body for rest.

The lost village of Godwick is one of the best preserved deserted medieval villages in Norfolk and one of only a few interpreted for the public. Found on the estate parkland just beyond the Great barn, this unique preservation offers a rare glimpse into medieval life, allowing visitors to walk through history where buildings once stood and imagine the daily lives of those who lived there centuries ago.

The forest room offers a beautifully calm tranquil space within the old converted stables.
