My wish to demystify the whole concept of meditation- Many think you need to be in a position of burn-out and overwhelm in order to ‘fix’ yourself before entering in to the ancient practice of meditation- this is the problem with the western society. Actually, most people who meditate, choose it to not only prevent this but also to thrive and be the best versions of themselves in society. It helps in so many ways, especially with your overall performance, focus, clarity, creativity and success, that many top athletes, high business achievers, musicians and artists have already chosen this path.

This course is designed to support and boost your overall health and wellbeing and is suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to deepen their practice.

Over the 6 weeks we will practice meditation techniques that will help you manage stress, anxiety and pain as well as helping to improve focus, concentration, levels of energy and soothe a busy unhelpful mind.

10 years ago I trained with Zen Master Daizan Roshi and his teachings have been taught, shared and studied all over the world in a way that is relevant to our busy stressful lifestyles today.

You have options to take this course online, In-person or 1:1, group or corporate wellness days/weeks.

  • In-person and Online 6 week mindfulness meditation course

    The 90 minute sessions will take place at the Wells Maltings studio, Wells-next-the-sea on Thursday mornings from 11:30am until 1pm and will be live streamed and recorded.

    All Course material, full support and guided meditations are included. You will be required to commit to a 20-25 minute daily home practice. Begins Thursday 16th January 2025
