This series is an invitation to rediscover something simple yet often overlooked-the quiet joy of just being. In a world that constantly asks us to do, achieve, and move faster, this practice creates space to notice and celebrate this moment of being alive and the power we have in this profound awareness.

At the heart of this series is a gentle shift in perspective: joy is not something to chase or create—it naturally arises when we are fully here. When we release striving and allow ourselves to simply exist, even briefly, we begin to notice a quiet contentment beneath it all.

Meditation is seamlessly integrated throughout the practice. Sometimes it appears in stillness, other times within movement itself—reminding us that presence is always available, not just when we stop, but also when we flow. You’ll explore simple techniques such as breath awareness, body scanning, and open observation, all aimed at cultivating a steady, compassionate attention.

What to expect:

  • Twice weekly sessions in a welcoming, calm and inspiring setting

  • Practices that strengthen, restore and uplift

  • A holistic approach- moving beyond the physical into the emotional and energetic

  • Experienced yoga and meditation teachings to guide you back home to self

The Awakening Retreat-

Nestled within the breathtaking grounds of Godwick Hall Estate, Norfolk, our signature Awakening Retreat invites you to immerse yourself in a weekend of pure bliss.

Guided by Zen Yoga and Meditation teacher Marie Isaac, MAYU registered Nutritionist Pamela Taylor and private chef Kieron Abbott, together they create the perfect balance of movement, restoration and nourishment.

Expect grounding yoga and meditation sessions, breath-work, gentle walks, swim and sauna, massage treatments, personalised nutritional guidance, and the most exquisite, carefully curated, nutritional meals, promoting gut health and overall wellbeing.

Arrive and the rest will be taken care of- you will experience exceptional care and service throughout your stay.

This is more than a retreat; it’s an Awakening.

If you would like a little help with your practice, prefer private 1:1 tuition, corporate wellness days/retreats, then we have you covered. You can book a private 1:1 yoga or meditation class in the studio starting from £75. Hen party, retreats or corporate bookings start from £175 to £1500 depending on duration of booking and location.
