Marie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over nine years, having completed her 300+ hour trainings with Buddhist Zen Master Daizan Roshi.

Marie’s unique style of Zen-Vinyasa flow yoga, is a journey of breath-to-breath movement with the emphasis of mindful awareness. This all encompassing practice, provides the foundation and space for growth, strength and resilience in the physical, spiritual and emotional self.

Marie has also had the gift of training with Kundalini teacher Erica Jago and Elena Brower in yoga planning, mentoring and facilitating the use of therapeutic essential oils to emotionally support your practice.

What to expect…

Aroma of essential oils, mood lighting, soothing soundtrack, breath-work, guided meditation, yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets- each class is likened to a mini retreat.

At the forefront of Marie’s beliefs and expectations is that each and everyone of you will feel welcome and part of a community- she provides guidance for all levels of practice, so you can decide what feels best for you and your body.

Commit to your practice and feel the results with a weekly class pass. You can choose which class you attend over the 3 sessions each week on either the Tues/ Weds/Thurs

Twice-weekly Yoga

Take your practice to the next level with access to 2 live yoga studio classes each week, choose which day Tues/ Weds/Thurs. You will also have access to the recorded class

A mini morning retreat to nourish and nurture- Saturday June 22nd

Join us on one of our monthly Yoga Brunch Club mornings in the beautiful garden room at The Hoste Arms, Burnham market. We will start the morning with a 60 minute wake up yoga flow, perfect for all abilities, followed by a soothing savasana relaxation and then nourish ourselves with a delicious freshly prepared brunch. All mats, cushions, blankets are provided. These events are very popular and booking is essential. 9am-11am . £25 pp and sorry no refunds

If you would like a little help with your practice or prefer private1:1 tuition we have you covered. You can book a private yoga or meditation class in the studio starting from £75. Hen party or corporate bookings start from £150 to £750 depending on length of booking and location.
