New YOGA series starts 20th January- 12th February 2026. Wells-next-the-sea
This January/February we learn not to rush but to lean in and listen to the whisper and wisdom of Winter by embracing a new phase of reflection, renewal and awareness.
Join us on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at the beautiful Wells Maltings studio at 10am.
Winter is a sacred pause, where rest becomes ritual and stillness becomes medicine.
This new phase is about grounding, nurturing, restoring and replenishing.
We welcome the support of CYPRESS essential oil- The oil of motion and flow. This incredible oil works with the heart and mind, teaching the soul how to let go of the past and move slowly with the natural flow of life.
This four-week series can be joined as a block or as drop-in sessions—whatever best supports you. All mats, cushions, bolsters, and blankets are provided. Simply step into this space of sanctuary and allow yourself this time.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers a supportive and enriching space for you to grow. Beginners are welcome as all postures can be adapted but you will require a level of fitness and movability to ensure you can transition from floor to standing flows.

If you would like a little help with your practice, prefer private 1:1 tuition, corporate wellness days/retreats, then we have you covered. You can book a private 1:1 yoga or meditation class in the studio starting from £75. Hen party, retreats or corporate bookings start from £175 to £1500 depending on duration of booking and location.
