This November 4th we welcome you to join us at the beautiful Wells Maltings studio for a brand new Yoga series designed to nurture your body, mind and energy.

As the season changes, we move into the golden glow of Autumn. The light softens and the air turns cool as we invite ourselves inwards and listen to the quieter voice within.

This new phase is about grounding, nurturing, restoring and replenishing.

We welcome the support of VETIVER essential oil- its literally like wrapping yourself in a blanket.

There are 2 dates that we will not be practicing this series. Please note there will be NO YOGA on

  • Thursday 20th November

  • Tuesday 25th November

This six-week series can be joined as a block or as drop-in sessions—whatever best supports you.

All mats, cushions, bolsters, and blankets are provided. Simply step into this space of sanctuary and allow yourself this time.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers a supportive and enriching space for you to grow. Beginners are welcome as all postures can be adapted but you will require a level of fitness and movability to ensure you can transition from floor to standing flows.

The Awakening Retreat 17-19th April April 2026

Nestled within the breathtaking grounds of Godwick Hall Estate, Norfolk, our signature Awakening Retreat invites you to immerse yourself in a weekend of pure bliss.

Private 1:1, Corporate, Hen party or group yoga / meditation

If you would like a little help with your practice, prefer private 1:1 tuition, corporate wellness days/retreats, then we have you covered. You can book a private 1:1 yoga or meditation class in the studio starting from £75. Hen party, retreats or corporate bookings start from £175 to £1500 depending on duration of booking and location. Marie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over nine years, having completed her 300+ hour trainings with Buddhist Zen Master Daizan Roshi.

Marie’s unique style of Zen-Vinyasa flow yoga, is a journey of breath-to-breath movement with the emphasis of mindful awareness. This all encompassing practice, provides the foundation and space for growth, strength and resilience in the physical, spiritual and emotional self.

Marie has also had the gift of training with Kundalini teacher Erica Jago and Elena Brower in yoga planning, mentoring and facilitating the use of therapeutic essential oils to emotionally support your practice.

What to expect…

Entering the beautiful mood-lit studio in the Maltings, Wells-next-the-sea, you will be greeted by the aroma of essential oils, soothing soundtrack, yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets- each class is likened to a mini retreat.

At the forefront of Marie’s beliefs and expectations is that each and everyone of you will feel welcome and part of a community- she provides guidance for all levels of practice, so you can decide what feels best for you and your body.

We have two energising Yoga flow sessions a week on a Tuesday & Thursdays at 10am.
